Industrial Property Manager

Full Time (Monday-Friday)

This role is suitable for an Experienced Commercial Property Manager (3-5 years minimum) perhaps one that is looking for a change from a corporate position, a residential property management position or another commercial property management position.

Our portfolio is predominantly industrial property in Sydney's South West, West and Macarthur regions.

The role is based in Revesby with travel between various assets in Sydney.

Job responsibilities are many and varied, but in a typical week might include:

  • Lease preparation
  • Arrears collection
  • Rent reviews and outgoings reconciliations
  • Inspections ingoing / outgoing / periodic
  • Manage and administer an existing portfolio 
  • Handle repairs & maintenance and renovations/make-goods
  • Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
  • Negotiating new leases / market reviews and options
  • Knowledge of Trust Accounting and Property Tree an advantage

Assistant Commercial & Industrial Property Manager

Full Time

 

Exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the full time position of Assistant Property Manager within our experienced Property Management team.

Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Roles and responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Supportive team established property managers;
  • Assist with inspections, arrears and maintenance
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants;
  • Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements;
  • Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
  • Any adhoc administration duties (as requested).

About you

  • Property qualifications or similar are highly regarded
  • A current real estate certificate and drivers’ licence;
  • A high level of customer service and presentation;
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Outstanding communication and follow up skills
