We are currently looking for an Industrial Sales and Leasing Executive to join our already successful team. 
As a Sales and Leasing Executive you will be responsible for all sales and leasing as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords and tenants. Coupled with this you will be rewarded with an unmatched commission package to maximise your earning capacity. 

This position will see you focusing on a mixed asset class, you will hit the ground running with a current client base as well as expanding on established networks and prospecting for new listings. You will be a strong negotiator with excellent financial capability and be confident with a natural sales ability.

  • Certificate of Registration
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Experience working in a Real Estate (preferably Commercial & Industrial)
  • Ability to work independently
